EMH First Aid Training Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur requiring courses to be cancelled. However, due to costs that are incurred by EMH First Aid Training on booking courses, the following cancellation fees will apply:

The days listed are up to and including the starting date of the booked course.

Over 14 days’ notice of cancellation  - No charge incurred

14-5 days’ notice of cancellation  - 50% of course total cost

5-0 days’ notice of cancellation  - 100% of course total cost

Change of dates:

Any requests received to change the dates of a booked course will be accommodated wherever possible. However, requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the start date of the original course.

If a request to change dates is received less than 14 days prior to the start date, a fee of 25% of the total course cost will be added, due to costs incurred by EMH First Aid Training.

If a course is cancelled by EMH First Aid Training after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.
